Yoga taught in Gujarat's juvenile homes

A juvenile home in Gujarat is teaching children yoga to transform them. Surat Child Welfare Society and District Probation and Aftercare Associate arranges different activities for minor criminals who are sent to juvenile homes for correction. There are instructors who teach them meditation and yoga to keep their mind at peace. The children are taught yoga in the morning, following which they study and in evening they play cricket. Yoga provides physical strength as well as mental stability. It is one of India's most successful cultural exports.
