Underworld don Ejaz Lakdawala's aide arrested in Delhi

Delhi police on Wednesday arrested one of the top aides of underworld don Ejaz Lakdawala, one of the most wanted men in the files of the Indian police forces. The suspect identified as Mohammad Yusuf alias Miyan was given the contract to eliminate two businessmen of Mumbai and one from Delhi. Yusuf belongs to Bareilly town of Uttar Pradesh. According to police, his job involved extortion and assassination. Mumbai-based Lakdawala was an associate of gangster Dawood Ibrahim but later fell out over a dispute. Ibrahim is the most wanted gangster in India for his role in the 1993 serial bomb blasts in Mumbai, which killed at least 250 people and wounded more than 700.
