Russia Releases Footage Showing Strike on 'Isis Command Centre'

Russia’s defense ministry released new footage on October 3 described as showing strikes on an Islamic State “command centre” near the Islamic State-controlled city of Raqqa overnight on October 2. It is the second video released by Russia said to show strikes on areas known to be in Islamic State control. Local activists not affiliated with the Islamic State reported hearing warplanes over the city late on October 2.
