Rebel Coalition Takes on Regime Forces in Eastern Damascus

A coalition of seven armed groups active around Damascus on April 21 launched an offensive against government forces in the district of Jobar.

Al Rahman Corps armed group published this footage described as “the first scenes” of the battles in Jobar.

The coalition includes Army of Islam, Al Rahman Corps and Al Qaeda off-shoot Jabhat Al Nusra, according to reports that the rebels successfully seized the district’s electricity company.
