One doesn't become a communicative PM by reading template speeches: Jaitley

BJP leader Arun Jaitley on Saturday slammed the Prime Minister's Office (PMO) over a statement according to which PM Manmohan Singh spoke to people 1200 times in last 10 years. Jaitley stated that one does not become a communicative PM by merely reading template speeches because they did not make any impact on the people. Further slamming the PM, Jaitley said that he walked on snow but did not leave any footprints behind.
