N Srinivasan named in IPL spot-fixing probe report: SC

The Supreme Court on Wednesday, during the hearing of IPL spot fixing case revealed that the suspended BCCI president N Srinivasan figures among the list of 13 people named in the sealed report submitted by the Mudgal committee. The SC also asked BCCI as to how the probe in IPL should be proceeded to make IPL corruption free. The top court, meanwhile, allowed Indian Premier League's chief operating officer, Sundar Raman, to continue in his position. Petitioner Aditya Verma had earlier asked removal of Raman from his post. The court had removed Srinivasan as BCCI president till the IPL case was properly investigated and the guilty booked. The judges had installed batting legend Sunil Gavaskar as the interim head of the BCCI's IPL affairs.
