Karachi bus attack accused sent on 14-day physical remand

A Pakistani Anti Terrorism Court granted 14-day physical remand to four suspects who were arrested in connection with the last week's Karachi bus attack that killed 45 minority Shi'ite Ismailis in Karachi. Police produced suspects before the court amidst tight security arrangement and their faces covered in cloth. The chief minister of Pakistan's southern Sindh province, Qaim Ali Shah said on Wednesday that police had arrested four members of a terrorists group who confessed their involvement in the recent bus attack. Shah said weapons and Jihadist literature was seized during the operation in which the suspects had been arrested. Shah appreciated police team and said that a Joint Investigation Team (JIT) would be formed to find out the name of the extremist group.
