BCCI decides to suggest three-member probe panel into spot fixing scandal

The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) decided to suggest to the Supreme Court a three-member probe panel into the spot fixing and corruption cases in the cash-rich domestic tournament, the Indian Premier League (IPL) on the directives of the apex court. After its emergency meeting, the BCCI Working Committee finalized three names - former India all-rounder Ravi Shastri, former Calcutta High Court Chief Justice J. N. Patel and ex-former police officer R. K. Raghavan.
