Yahoo News Reality TV Couple Upen Patel And Karishma Tanna Officially Engaged On Nach Baliye 7
If you are one of those who follows Indian reality TV shows, then you are certainly not indifferent to Upen Patel and Karishma Tanna's love story. After all, it happened in front of more than 80 cameras.
Upen Patel and Karishma Tanna met on Bigg Boss 8, got to know each other, came close, became ‘just friends’, and finally accepted their love. And, their story continues now from one reality show to another, from Bigg Boss to Nach Baliye! Well, the latest update on this ‘reality tv jodi’ is that they are “officially” engaged. Upen formally asked the “Will you marry me” question to Karishma on the sets of Nach Baliye 7, and even got a “Yes”! Here's how it all started.

Love starts brewing at BB8!

Upen flirted with not one, but many female contestants on BB8, and it was for sure that one of these stories would certainly take off. After all, it is Bigg Boss, so how can there not be a love story, right?

Well, no one ever imagined that the one love story to come out of this season would be of Namastey London actor, Upen Patel, and Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi star, Karishma Tanna.

Since the beginning of the show, Karishma had maintained her “I-have-a-boyfriend-outside” status quite openly; and Upen, like we said before, had flirted with almost every other contestant out there. But, slowly Upen and Karishma’s friendship and proximity grew to an extent that Upen came back on the show after his eviction. He just wanted a chance to declare his feelings for Karishma and to woo her off her feet. And, by the end of the show, he quite successfully did that as well.
Well, after the end of the show, their fans even gave this jodi a cute nickname- UpMa!

Promise From BB8 Comes True On NB7!

While on BB8, during a task, Upen had bought a ring for Karishma, and committed to her that after they get out of the house, he will soon replace the ring with a real one. And, it was on NB7 that he fulfilled the promise.
Did you know what Karishma had bought for Upen in that very task on BB8? An “I Love My Girlfriend” t-shirt! Talk about expressing feelings, right?

Upen had planned a secret proposal for Karishma, in a true-to-their-profession filmy-style. Complete with placards, flowers, getting down on one knee, and a solitaire, he officially proposed Karishma for marriage. And, moved by his sweet gesture and his commitment, the Grand Masti actress, said 'Yes'!

Karishma and Upen have officially been one of the hottest jodis on Nach Baliye 7. They are a good-looking pair that complements each other perfectly, especially when they dance. Apart from the Nach Baliye stage, this couple has been quite open and upfront about their relationship ever since they got out of BB8. This is also quite clear from the cute pictures that Upen keeps on posting on his Instagram every now and then.
