Principal of doomed Connecticut school 'left trail of happy tweets' before getting killed in shooting rampage

Washington, Dec. 15 (ANI): Principal of a doomed Connecticut elementary school, where a 20-yr-old gunman reportedly opened fire on young children, died along with 28 other victims. Dawn Hochsprung was among the victims of the shooting at the Sandy Hook Elementary School in Connecticut where a masked gunman took lives of children as young as 5-10 yrs of age. "It's a beautiful day for our annual evacuation drill!" Dawn Hochsprung tweeted last month, when nobody dreamed the small-town school would become a killing ground, the New York Daily News reports. In another post on Thursday last week, Hochsprung wrote, tacking on a picture of childrens books, "Setting up for the Sandy Hook nonfiction book preview for staff. Here we come." However, Hochsprung is believed dead after a massacre survivor reported seeing the bodies of the principal, school psychologist Mary Sherlach, and other staffers , the report said. Among the other victims was kindergarten teacher Nancy Lanza, 52, whose 20-year-old son Adam has been identified as the shooter who staged the bloodbath before killing himself. (ANI)
