Prince George Looked Totally Adorable On His First Day Of Nursery

Prince George completed his very first day of nursery today, and his proud mum Kate Middleton, The Duchess of Cambridge, caught the milestone moment on camera.

The little prince looked as cute as ever in his winter coat and blue backpack as he arrived at the Westacre Montessori School, close to the royal couple’s Norfolk home, Anmer Hall.

The snaps show George, who is third in line to the throne, taking a look at a brightly coloured mural as he heads into class to start his education.

The pictures bear a strong resemblance to ones of George’s father Prince William as he left his house for his very first day of nursery back in 1985.

George is attending an unconventional Montessori school, which is founded on the belief that each person has untapped potential that needs a fertile environment to thrive, and that children have the greatest capacity to learn between birth and the age of six.
