Park Rotana to sponsor Abu Dhabi Youth Football Club
Park Rotana Abu Dhabi have announced that they will sponsor the Abu Dhabi Youth Football Club (ADYFC) during a presentation that attended by over 50 young footballers.
The eager young players turned out in their droves along with the parents, guests as well as club’s patrons and sponsors.
ADYFC is a truly International amateur youth football club with players from 15 nationalities and 6 different international schools within the Abu Dhabi area.
For the 2014/15 season ADYFC will increase the number of players to a maximum of 100 and will broaden the age range for players from Under 14 to Under 18 years.
Also the club plans to organise a Girls/ Ladies football team with female coaches.
This marks an exciting time for the football club, the Park Rotana and Abu Dhabi’s young footballing community.
“We are proud to support Abu Dhabi Youth Football Club’s ambitious football players. It is a fantastic opportunity for us to encourage an active lifestyle of the younger generation and assist in developing the team spirit in a multicultural environment of the capital," said Francisco Giles, General Manager for Park Rotana Complex.

This July, the ADYFC will participate in the prestigious annual Gothia World Youth Cup, which is the largest Youth Football Tournament in the world in Gothenburg, Sweden.
The ADYFC is the first club that has registered for this tournament from the UAE and they will be joined by players from 1,650 teams from all over the world.
