Obama says will sign domestic surveillance bill 'as soon as I get it'

WASHINGTON (Reuters) - President Barack Obama said on Tuesday he would sign a bill reforming a government domestic spying program "as soon as I get it." "Glad the Senate finally passed the USA Freedom Act. It protects civil liberties and our national security," Obama said on Twitter. "I'll sign it as soon as I get it."
