No proof Russian air strikes in Syria killed civilians: Lavrov

MOSCOW (Reuters) - No one has ever supplied proof that Russian air strikes in Syria caused civilian deaths or struck the wrong militant groups, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov told a news conference on Tuesday.
