Moroccan Lady Falsely Accused of Being a Suicide Bomber

Pictures of a Moroccan lady named Nabila were mistaken for another Moroccan lady named Hasnaa Boulahcen and who was accused for blowing up herself when the French police force raided an apartment with suspected terrorists in Saint Denis earlier this week.

Nabila, mother of 3 who lives in Morocco, said that the pictures that were used by the media were taken when she was living in France in 1998 and were leaked to the press by a former friend, Fawzia, with whom she had troubles. The announcement was made by Nabila through a video that was broadcast by Moroccan news site Al Yaoum 24.

She said that ever since the pictures were circulated people have been asking her about them and about her links to the suicide bombing. “I don’t know what to do and I would like the authorities to do something about it, to protect me,” she said in her video. Nabila described how her social life has completely changed since the photographs were released adding that she used to live in peace with her three children but now she’s living in fear.

The French police has denied that the person who committed suicide in the apartment was Boulahcen and are currently investigating the body parts to determine whether or not that person was male or female. Two other people were killed in the apartment including Abdelhamid Abaoud, who is believed to be the mastermind of the Paris attacks that killed more than 130 persons last week.
