The New Girl star went glam in a sequined gold and silver dress, which suited her retro style perfectly.
Doubling up her embellishments, she accessorised her ensemble with a matching clutch and added gold platforms.
A colour-pop red belt and coordinating nails kept things inline with her signature quirky look.
Zooey’s hair and beauty also looked as gorgeous as ever as she opted for big curls and a black headband - not an accessory we usually expect to see on the red carpet, but she still pulls it off!
