Top 10 rental hotspots in Dubai revealed

Dubai Marina is the top rental hotspot in the emirate, followed by Palm Jumeirah and Jumeirah Lake Towers, a survey by property portal propertyfinder.ae has revealed.
 
The report gathered website data from the last three months to see what areas and types of properties are being viewed the most by site visitors.

15.3% of all registered house hunters showed interest for properties in Dubai Marina, while 5.7% of were keen on Palm Jumeirah and 5.5% on Jumeirah Lake Towers.

The remaining seven locations, in order of desirability, are: Downtown Dubai (4.5%), The Springs (4.4%), Jumeirah (4%), Al Barsha (4%), Arabian Ranches (3.9%), Jumeirah Village Circle (3.8%) and Jumeirah Beach Residence (3.7%).

“The interesting thing about the UAE property market is that trends tend to change quite quickly and the results of our website report from the second quarter of the year have shown which way the wind is blowing with regard to real estate,” Renan Bourdeau, managing director propertyfinder.ae said.

According to the survey, JBR has dropped in popularity from seventh to tenth position in the last couple  months and The Springs has jumped to fifth position from eighth in the same period.
