The head of Russia's main oil group Rosneft on Friday called "very interesting" an offer from Britain's BP to acquire shares in the state firm in a new cooperation agreement.
"We think this is a very interesting proposal," news agencies quoted Rosneft chief executive Igor Sechin as telling a company board meeting in the Black Sea port of Sochi.
