World's 10 least habitable cities

Figures based on the Cities of Opportunity 2012 report released by PWC, a ranking 27 cities across the world on based on variables like cultural vibrancy, quality of living, working age population and traffic congestion. (Save the total, each score is out of 27.) These 10 global megopolises got the lowest scores.

India’s commercial and entertainment capital tops the list when it comes to the worst cities to live in. Mumbai's culture is a blend of traditional festivals, food, music and theatres. The city’s lifestyle attracts migrants from all over India making it a hotspot of many communities and cultures. Mumbai's transport system has been categorised as one of the most congested in the world. Although 88% of the city's commuters travel by public transport, the city continues to struggle with traffic congestion.
