Three Tunisian journalists have been arrested after publishing a photograph of a Tunisian footballer frolicking with a nude woman, raising fears of a media crackdown by the country's new Islamist rulers.
Religion is not the issue here. The issue is you have a key public figure who is looked upto by many. The display of young naked women with a key figure displays the wrong message to everyone. Freedom is a right but should not be abused!
This picture is actually the cover of the latest issue of the German edition of GQ magazine, They did not take those pictures, but however should be aware of the policies in their country. They probably wanted to cash in on this story as they were aware it would cause controversies like these but they couldve done so in a tasteful manner for their media.
I dont want to advise or order to any one. but i have my right to say that every one has a right to spread his religious teachings whether he is a muslim or a christ but no one has a right to say any kind of cheap words against any religiion or against any religious personality. we are muslims and according to the last book of Allah i mean Quraan we beleive that the latest prophet of islam is Muhammad S.A.W.W. but we will never say any thing against any religion and also wil wish to receive the similer response. thanks shoaibzmr@yahoo
but as far as blaming the west i recall many stories of prostitues and adultriers in the bible so its not something we brought its been around since the beginning of time
i dont understand why when it comes to girls like that all people mention christians and bible while one muslim woman was speaking about sex in public on tv and they said she is fine - just dont be silly people, its not about religion - its about us - we decide what we want - either muslim or christians
Even in the States you can not publish nude photos in newspapers, adult magazines are covered in plastic rap, Television stations (not cable) are not even allowed to show a woman in her underwear. That have nothing to do with religion.
Also if a country prohibit nudity (Singapore) then by braking the law you get punished.
Reza dont make this as a field to convert any one to Christanity. I am also a christain . Can u Guarantee that one will reach heaven only by attending meeting. Not at all. Name or religion does not take you to god unless otherwise you live according to the will of god. this is applicable for all irrespective of religion.
Also Govt arrested journalist. But why they didnot arrest the lady and footballer for showing the nudity in public. May be they are not arrested as he is a clebrity and the journalists are not
1-The journalists must respect to the people privacy .
2-there is a difference between the Islamists who act like hypocrites and conceal their willing , or who are really broad-minded!...
