Evelyn Sharma: Will play the 'sexy girl' in many more films

Evelyn Sharma is planning to do something which she hasn't in the past. After portraying sexy and glamourous roles in her previous films like YEH JAWAANI HAI DEEWANI and YAARIYAN, she'll be seen playing a simple teacher in her upcoming film ISHQEDARRIYAAN.

Says the actress, "The audience will get to see me in a different avatar in ISHQEDARRIYAAN. They will, for the first time, get to see me as the simple Indian girl."

So is she planning to shed her glamourous image for good? "I'll star in a lot more films in which I'll play the sexy girl. But I also want to try different genres. Hopefully ISHQEDARRIYAAN will be a game changer for me," she says.

Also starring Mahaakshay aka Mimoh Chakraborty, ISHQEDARRIYAAN is all set to release on May 15, 2015.
