A recent study has shown that UAE citizens are more satisfied with their living standards than most Western European nationals, Emirates News Agency reported.
The study that was conducted by market research firm TNS, stated that 91% of Emiratis questioned revealed that they were either ‘satisfied’ or ‘very satisfied’ with their living standard.
"The rating also exceeds the All Europe Index at 75% as well as those of other leading European nations such as Germany at 88%, Belgium and the United Kingdom both scoring 87%, France at 76 per cent, Spain at 73% and Italy at 64 per cent among others," Hamilton-Clark, CEO of TNS, said.
The rating also means that the UAE now joins the so-called ‘golden league’ of countries with a 90 plus score of citizens’ content.
