BEIJING (Reuters) - China's vast industrial sector - traditionally a mainstay driver of the economy - faces downward pressure, the country's Ministry of Industry and Information Technology told reporters on Tuesday. "As the economy enters the new normal, the industry sector faces increased downward pressures, unreasonable structures, weak innovation capability," said Mao Weiming, a vice minister at the ministry.
