China boss Jose Antonio Camacho again laments poor finishing despite 2-0 win over Kuwait

China coach Jose Antonio Camacho once again rued his side's poor finishing despite defeating Kuwait 2-0 in a friendly in Changsha on Wednesday.

Gao Lin opened the scoring on the stroke of half-time, before Yu Dabao sealed the win on 77 minutes.

Despite the positive result for China, who are already out of the running for the 2014 World Cup, Camacho was critical of his side's finishing.

"It is a game dominated totally by Chinese players, we made a lot of chances. The first half was better, and in second half we lacked patience," Camacho told reporters.

"The biggest problem is we still couldn't take our chances we made. Sometimes we played quite well, but always failed to score."

Zhao Xuri and Fahad Al Enezi were involved in a conflict and both saw red. Camacho was critical of Xuri, particularly given Huang Bowen was also sent off in their past match, a 4-0 qualifying win over Singapore.

"I will talk with Zhao later, rather than criticise him in the dressing room," he said.

"Every player must know you don't play for yourself, you play for China. Huang Bowen met the similar situation in the last game against Singapore."

Meanwhile, Kuwait, who are preparing for a must-win qualifier against South Korea next Wednesday, were happy enough with the match.

Kuwait coach Goran Tufegdzic told reporters: "I feel satisfaction with this match, especially that we could have a match on a rainy day. You know it is rarely raining in Kuwait.

"I think the most important thing is there is no injuries to players in both sides, so we could prepare comfortably for the next game in World Cup qualifying."
