US Federal Reserve Chairman Ben Bernanke called the US economic situation "far from satisfactory" but offered no new promises of central bank intervention Friday.
But he said in a keynote speech that the Fed should move "if economic conditions warrant," and called labor market stagnation "a grave concern."
