TOKYO, May 23 (Reuters) - Dubai has set its officialdifferential to Oman futures for August at a discount of5 cents per barrel, the Dubai Department of Petroleum Affairssaid on Thursday. Dubai had set the OSP for July at partiy. The differential will be applied to the average of dailysettlements for the front month August Oman contract to setDubai's official selling price (OSP) for August-loading crude.
